You will need to provide proof of Insurance, naming Matt Frazer Productinos as an Additional Insured (not a Loss Payee). Please review our Insurance Requirements in the downloads list below. If you don't have insurance and you need to purchase a temporary policy, you can purchase insurance through web sites such as FilmEmporium.com,  InsureMyRentals.com or BuyMyInsuranceNow.com

On small rentals, insurance requirements may be waived on a case-by-case basis depending on equipment value, with a credit card authorization on file.
